November 21, 4:00 pm. Join us as we celebrate SAM 26 at the historic Playhouse Cinema in Hamilton. We will be screening two epic labour films: Pride at 4:00 pm and Peterloo at 7:00 pm.
Tickets for Pride and Peterloo are $25 each. Each ticket purchase includes the movie of your choice, programme, and entry into the movie’s raffle. One ticket holder from each film will win an awesome raffle package of local goodies! All proceeds will benefit the Workers Arts and Heritage Centre
PRIDE tells the story of a courageous coalition of Welsh miners and London-based queer activists who join together to resist Margaret Thatcher, the police, and the conservative press during the 1984 miners’ strike.
